It took me some minutes on getting started:
Since leiningen changes it classpath implementation, lein-lux can not work for leiningen 2.8.1 now. Luckily, the new clojure cli program can work. So I have created a deps.edn file, with following content:
then call lux command in command line:
Unfortunately, the HelloWorld example code copied from the book can not work, seems Eduardo changes the syntax and the organization, so I referred to the stdlib source code, and write the main.lux file as following:
And it compiles! It does not create a jar though, but I can run the program by:
IMO the new module syntax make more sense and it looks just like clojure's ns form, so it is easy for a clojurian to try Lux.

Hi, robertluoI wonder why the JAR was not generated for you. Did some kind of error message show up for you? Also, what operating system are you using?

I'll need to get myself a Mac at some point -_-
This must be the fifth or sixth time someone has had trouble with Lux while using a Mac.
